Description iTaq DNA polymerase is an antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase suitable for both conventional and real-time PCR applications. The enzyme is supplied at a concentration of 5 units per ml and includes 250 units polymerase, 1.25 ml 10x PCR buffer, and 1.25 ml 50 mM MgCl2 solution.
