ProductsUniversal Kinase / Phosphatase Fluorescence superquenching Assay Kit, TruLight™ from Calbiochem
Company Calbiochem
Item Universal Kinase / Phosphatase Fluorescence superquenching Assay Kit, TruLight™
Price $975.00
Description

A sensitive and high speed homogeneous assay for the detection of kinase or phosphatase activity and for screening of inhibitors in a high-throughput screening (HTS) format. This kit is based on a fluorescence superquenching technology that does not require antibodies or radioactive label. The universal platform provides flexibility for assaying any kinase or phosphatase. User must supply the quencher-labeled peptide substrate, calibrator peptide, specific reaction buffer, ATP, 96- or 384-well plate(s), and any additional components specific to the enzyme being tested.
