Description Radiant Red fluorescent RNA stain is used to stain and visualize RNA in denaturing (formaldehyde or glyoxal) agarose gels and does not interfere with northern blotting. Upon excitation with a 302 nm transilluminator, the stain emits a red-orange signal that can be photographed on Polaroid film or with a CCD camera-based gel documentation system. Supplied as 10 ml.
