Description The RiboGreen RNA Quantitation Kit is one of the most sensitive detection systems for the quantitation of RNA in solution. The assay is approximately 1000-fold more sensitive than absorbance measurements. As little as 1 ng/mL can be detected with fluorescence microplate readers and fluorometers using standard fluorescein filter sets.
