PureLink PCR Purification Kit from Invitrogen

ProductsPureLink PCR Purification Kit from Invitrogen
Company Invitrogen
Item PureLink PCR Purification Kit
Description PureLink PCR Purification Kits provide rapid and efficient removal of short primers, dNTPs, enzymes, short-failed PCR products, and salts from PCR products (Figure 1). The simple PureLink bind/wash/elute procedure:
  • provides two Binding Buffer options for fragments >100 bp or >300 bp*
  • can be performed in either single column or 96-well plate format
  • takes <10 minutes*
Two proprietary buffers are supplied to meet the needs of different purification requirements. Use the Binding Buffer for routine purifications of double-stranded DNA fragments from 100 bp to 12 kb. Use Binding Buffer HC for removal of primer dimers (<300 bp), eliminating the need for tedious gel purification (Figure 2). PCR products purified using the PureLink Kit demonstrate outstanding performance in downstream applications such as cloning automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, PCR, restriction mapping, and labeling.
