Nuclear Matrix Protein ELISA Kit from Calbiochem

ProductsNuclear Matrix Protein ELISA Kit from Calbiochem
Company Calbiochem
Item Nuclear Matrix Protein ELISA Kit
Price $480.00
Description DO NOT FREEZE. Nuclear matrix proteins (NMPs) make up the internal structural framework of the nucleus and are associated with such functions as DNA replication, RNA synthesis, and hormone receptor binding. Although the nuclear matrix has been shown to be highly insoluble in vitro, it is now known that cell death releases soluble nuclear matrix proteins that can be detected in culture supernatant and other fluids. The specific detection of soluble human NMPs afforded by the Cell Death Detection (Nuclear Matrix Protein) ELISA allows quantitation of cell death.

Kit Contents: Coated 96-well removable strip plate, lyophilized NMP standard, digoxigenin conjugated detector antibody, HRP conjugated anti-digoxigenin secondary antibody, substrate, sample diluent, 20X plate wash concentrate, stop solution, plate sealer, and a directional insert.
