ProductsMultiScribe Reverse Transcriptase from Applied Biosystems
Company Applied Biosystems
Item MultiScribe Reverse Transcriptase
Price $60.00
Description MultiScribe Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant Moloney murine leukemia virus (rMoMuLV) reverse transcriptase. MultiScribe Reverse Transcriptase is similar to MuLV reverse transcriptase but differs in its recommended usage. MuLV reverse transcriptase is a recombinant RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that uses single-stranded RNA as a template in the presence of a primer to synthesize a complementary DNA (cDNA) strand.

The PCR process and 5' nuclease process are covered by patents owned by Roche Molecular Systems, Inc. and F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Ltd.
