|Description|| LC Sciences provides a comprehensive epitope analysis service utilizing high density peptide microarrays synthesized on Paraflo microfluidic chips for immunological studies, vaccine development, and biosensor development. This comprehensive service includes assistance with your sequence designs, binding assays using sample(s) provided by you, single or dual color detection of the binding using a suitable method, image data processing, and signal data processing. Two-three weeks after receiving your sample(s), we send you a data summary report containing background subtraction, control and reference signal guided data processing, list of detected signals, and data averaging. We offer additional services for in-depth binding data analysis and curve analysis of quantitative measurements.|
Probe content is completely customer specified. Screen your samples against thousands of possible epitope sequences for discovery, or zero in on known epitopes to generate binding curves. We can easily synthesize all possible variants of your known sequences of interest including N-truncation, C-truncation, sequence tiling, and more. Thousands of customer specified epitope sequences can be synthesized on-chip and LC Sciences can provide assistance with custom sequence design.
