Description The EC3 Darkroom is designed for imaging of chemiluminescent, fluorescent and colorimetric samples.
  • The EC3 systems offer direct control for users who wish to change lens and darkroom settings by hand
  • A range of high resolution, cooled cameras ensure the best system for all fluorescent and chemiluminescent applications
  • Interchangeable filters are mounted on a five-position wheel
  • These filter control the emission wavelengths entering the camera
  • Select the filter of choice by using the dial on the EC3 darkroom
  • Darkroom is completely light-tight for many applications including chemiluminescence
  • Manual control five-position filter wheel
  • Overhead wavelengths
  • UV safe viewport enabling observation of samples while under UV illumination
  • UV timeout automatically switches off all UV light
  • UV safety interlocked door protects the researcher from UV irradiation
  • Height adjustable chemi tray and white light plate
  • Sample platform can be raised to enhance camera sensitivity
