OligoMix may contain any customer defined sequences (up to ~90 nts in length), OH, phosphate, or other types of 5 terminal groups, and OH or phosphate 3 terminal groups. Send us your sequences and in one-two weeks we deliver the OligoMix in pmol quantities ready for your applications such as hybridization, amplification, primer extension, and ligation.
We offer additional services for OligoMix: bioinformatics for sequence design, purification, sequence verification, preparation in duplex forms and restriction fragments, increasing product amount to nmol or more quantities, cloning and sequencing, and transcription into RNA OligoMix or individual RNA sequences.
