RxS Expands its Office Footprint to Accommodate Rapid Growth
Date:10/25/2018

Privately held RxS LLC (“RxS”), announced today an expansion of its office location to accommodate the company’s continued growth and success. This expansion announcement comes on the heels of the company’s trip to Washington, D.C., for the annual Sharing Alliance’s “Sharing Conference.” This was the seventh consecutive Sharing Conference for RxS, where Jara also served as a co-presenter for a workshop entitled “Building a Culture of Compliance with Your Sales Force.”

Since entering the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in 2011, RxS has quickly emerged as a leader in the highly specialized niche area of Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 (PDMA) compliance and sample management. While the company maintains this special focus, it has evolved its service offering to be a multi-channel solutions provider. Through this expansion effort, RxS is realizing a growing presence in the market. To best service its clients, the company is enlarging its facilities.

“RxS is a service organization enabled by technology,” says Mark Jara, Principal, Managing Director. “Through hard work and determination, we have had the good fortune to maintain organizational growth year after year in the areas of sales, employees, services offered, and clients served. We are excited for the office expansion and believe the additional space allows us to further enhance our high-tech collaborative environment and ultimately optimize customer service success.”

Pharmaceutical and biotech companies are often burdened by the regulations surrounding sample management, and that’s where RxS comes in. They offer customizable solutions for multi-channel sample management to companies of all sizes, ensuring compliance, state-of-the-art reporting, and outstanding customer service.

There is a natural tie between RxS and the Sharing Conference, and the company has actively participated and supported this Sharing Alliance event since its inception. In addition to the RxS exhibit space at the conference, Jara successfully co-presented a workshop on successfully building a culture of compliance within a sales force alongside Mission Pharmacal Company Women’s Health District Manager for the Philadelphia region, Lora Posey.

“It was great presenting alongside Mark to bring my perspective on how to successfully drive sales while maintaining compliant and ethical behavior,” notes Posey. “I’ve been involved in pharmaceutical sales as a representative in the field, a sales trainer, an operations project manager, and now as a district manager. I have firsthand experience of how to do business the ‘right way,’ and Mark and the RxS team do things the right way. They bring a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude to their work, and have a willingness to go the extra step to ensure client satisfaction and success. I find these admirable attributes that position RxS as leaders who are helping reshape the industry.”

Jara, a recent recipient of a peer-nominated recognition as one of 100 most inspiring people in the life sciences industry, displays a personal commitment to the Sharing Alliance that extends well beyond the Sharing Conference, its workshops, and exhibit space. He is an active member of the organization’s board, where his technical background provides a unique perspective in introducing technology to the forefront of compliance solutions. By having technology at its core, RxS provides offerings that ensure PDMA compliance and also supplies valuable reporting and analytics data that customers can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
