IriTech launches iris-recognition-based solutions for workforce and identity management
Date:6/27/2013

FAIRFAX, Va., June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IriTech, Inc., the global leader in iris recognition technology and a member of the Texas Instruments Design Network, today released two software packages named IriTracker and ForYourIrisOnly (FYIO) to further empower its prevailing portable IriShieldTM–USB iris camera that works perfectly with not only Windows/Linux-based PCs but also Android-based mobile devices. The two pieces of software utilize IriShield's extensive SDK, which is provided free-of-charge to IriShield purchasers, to offer highly secure, easy-to-use and cost-effective solutions for workforce and identity management. Since all iris recognition data and functions are handled within the embedded IriShield camera, the software packages are virtually immune to viruses, malwares or other cyber-attacks regardless of the host device (PC/Tablet/Smartphone). Users' privacy is also protected since no actual iris image will be stored in both host and camera devices, merely a template - a collection of mathematical numbers.

IriTracker – An exclusive tool to enhance the efficiency in time and attendance control and cost-effectiveness in payroll system

The aim of the IriTracker is to raise levels of employee attendance by eliminating buddy punching while protecting privacy. IriTracker monitors time & attendance process, creates bulletin board and events, secures employees' identity, and auto-generates reports for payment management.

Since one IriShield camera can hold up to 1,000 templates, IriTracker is a perfect solution for small and medium enterprises unable to afford high cost and overhead of traditional systems. It reduces time theft, saves time on payroll preparation, avoids wage and hour compliance violations, and is eas
