EARTHRES Adds to Executive Team - Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Earthres Group, Inc., a client-focused multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm, welcomes David Pepe, P.E., as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Dave joins the executive leadership team at EARTHRES in its Philadelphia area headquarters to lead operations and direct the company’s internal functions. Dave will also serve in a key strategic role by helping drive the firm’s vision for growth through expansion of services and regional markets.

“Dave joins EARTHRES with a wealth of client-side project delivery experience in two of our largest markets. We are excited to add additional client perspective at our executive level to further our commitment to partnering with clients,” said Jan Hutwelker, EARTHRES’ CEO and founder. “Having someone of Dave’s caliber in this role, providing a steady hand to guide our day-to-day operations while understanding the value of our services, is key to the advancement of our strategic growth plans for EARTHRES.”

Prior to joining EARTHRES, Dave most recently served as Senior Director, Engineering and Construction for Buckeye Partners, LP. A licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, he earned an MBA from DeSales University, after earning both a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Also a Certified Project Management Professional, Dave has over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience including engineering, process controls, design, project management, business development, acquisitions, and management. His industrial experience includes refined petroleum and crude pipeline and truck terminal facilities, along with cement and mineral processing plants.
